This opportunity entails providing administrative and tactical support to the Talent Acquisition team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in the hiring process that contributes to the overall growth and success of HNTB. You will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to help build candidate relationships and create a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do: • Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team in the areas of policy, procedure, training and implementation of processes. • Works closely with members of the Talent Acquisition team, HNTB employees, candidates, and external vendors. • Responsible for ensuring adherence and optimization of end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes. • Responsible for the coordination and effective execution of programs such as interview and candidate coordination and communication, offer letter creation, background check initiation, and offer and process auditing. • Performs work in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration, Office Federal Contract and Compliance Programs, and company policy. • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs. • Maintains general knowledge and understanding of human resources practices, policies and procedures to support communications. Complies with confidentiality requirements. • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need: • Associates degree, or • In lieu of a degree, 2 years of relevant experience
