What You Will Do • Working on assigned subsystem, provide support for subsystem design and integration • Modeling power and thermal management systems and components throughout product lifecycle • Execute trade studies to support defining subsystem and component requirements for module centers and suppliers, as well as requirement verification criteria and plans

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Understanding of Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer • Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, MS Office • Effective Communication Skills (verbal/written); able to work effectively on teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, deadlines and reporting

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
