The Supply Chain IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, integration, and operational support of Viatris' Production Scheduling solutions, with a primary focus on the OMP Unison platform. This role serves as a key liaison between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT organizations to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system capabilities and sustainable processes.

The analyst will contribute to solution design, testing, deployment, issue resolution, continuous improvement initiatives, and global rollout activities. This role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing planning and scheduling processes, supply chain operations, and integrated enterprise systems within a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities for this role include: • Partner with supply chain manufacturing, operations, and IT stakeholders to gather and document production scheduling requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional design, configuration requirements, and solution enhancements.

• Support the design, testing, deployment, and stabilization of the OMP production scheduling solution.

• Collaborate with technical, integration, and data teams to ensure effective system connectivity and data flow.

• Support user acceptance testing, scenario validation, and issue resolution.

• Assist with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.

• Monitor system performance and support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and workflows.

• Help identify and reduce manual workarounds through improved system usage and process alignment.

• Support training, documentation, and user adoption activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support delivery of application enhancements and issue remediation.

• Provide regular status updates and support governance activities as needed.

• Contribute to rollout planning for additional sites and standardization of processes across locations.

The minimum qualifications for this role are: • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• SAP, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, or other relevant industry certifications.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing systems, planning, or business analysis.

• Experience supporting or implementing production scheduling, planning, APS, or supply chain planning systems.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, scheduling processes, and capacity considerations.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and IT.

• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions.

• Experience supporting testing, deployment, stabilization, and user support activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Experience in regulated environments, preferably pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.

• Experience with OMP or similar advanced planning and scheduling tools.

• Experience supporting global or multi-site manufacturing environments.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, MES, ERP, or integrated supply chain systems.

• Experience with change management, training, or end-user support.

• Familiarity with master data, reporting, and system integration concepts.

Exact compensation may vary based on items such as skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position is: $78,000 - $152,000.
