A little about this job: • Supervises lift operators in the operation of the lifts in an assigned area. • Maintains department and company standards with a high attention to detail. • Conducts mid and end of season employee evaluations. • Investigates / documents lift and employee incidents as required. Prepares necessary documentation in a timely manner. • Communicates relevant topics in daily morning meetings.

Requirements: • Must include a resume as part of your application. • High school graduate or equivalent experience. • One season in lift operations. • Strong guest service skills.  • Effective communication skills.  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.  • Strong writing skills. • Must be flexible with weekly schedules and daily start times. • Must be proficient in skiing / snowboarding in variable conditions.
