We’re looking for a Supervisor, Asset Integrity & Engineering to lead our Pipeline Risk Analysis Program and help shape the next generation of integrity professionals through our Engineering Development Program (EDP) .

Essential Functions and Responsibilities Own and evolve pipeline risk analytics • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ONEOK’s Pipeline Risk Analysis Program across gas and hazardous liquid systems • Ensure alignment with 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195 , industry best practices, and internal standards • Translate risk insights into actionable integrity strategies , influencing inspection planning, mitigation activities, and capital prioritization • Drive consistency across assets while integrating legacy systems and emerging tools

Lead and develop talent • Supervise and coach a team of engineers and analysts supporting enterprise risk management • Play a key leadership role in ONEOK’s Engineering Development Program , mentoring early-career engineers and shaping future technical leaders • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation

Collaborate and influence across the organization • Partner with Integrity, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure risk outputs are accurate, defensible, and actionable • Support regulatory audits and internal reviews , ensuring risk methodologies and decisions are well-documented and audit-ready • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to leadership, enabling informed decision-making

Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related field required)

Experience / Knowledge • 6+ years of experience in pipeline integrity, risk assessment, or asset integrity engineering • Strong understanding of pipeline risk, risk model data inputs, and regulatory requirements (PHMSA/49 CFR 192 & 195) • Proven leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal) • Ability to translate data into strategy and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have: • Experience with risk modeling platforms, GIS systems, or data analytics tools • Professional Engineer (PE) license • Background supporting audits or regulatory interactions • Experience integrating legacy processes into standardized management systems
