Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, and/or Business • 8 + years in corporate strategy, M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, business development, and/or strategic planning, with experience supporting transactions from thesis through execution

Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree • Experience in industrial manufacturing and/or industrial controls (equipment, automation, building technologies, field service, industrial distribution, engineered products) • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills: DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, synergy modeling, scenario analysis • Ability to assess strategic fit, competitive position, operating model, channel structure, margins, growth drivers, and integration complexity • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority • Excellent executive communication skills — able to convert complex analysis into crisp, decision-ready materials • Strong project management discipline and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure • Ability to travel for target meetings, site visits, diligence, and integration planning • Direct experience in commercial HVAC, BAS/DDC controls, industrial automation, energy services, or mechanical contracting • Experience with post-merger integration, synergy tracking, value creation, carve-outs, or joint ventures • Familiarity with CHVAC customer segments (data centers, healthcare, education, industrial, government, commercial office) • Experience with tools such as SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, Datasite, Intralinks, Cyndx, or Asana • Comfort operating in an engineering-, product-, and channel-led organization
