A Day in the Life Join our Global Supply Management team as a Strategic Sourcing Program Manager for the Mergers & Acquisition Integration Team, where you will create and drive sustainable continuous improvements to address service, ensuring supply continuity, and enhancing supplier maturity. The Mergers & Acquisitions Integration team drives end-to-end integrations that safeguard continuity, accelerate synergy realization, and scale meaningful innovation with a mission to boost value for our patients.

This position is located onsite 4 days a week at one of the following sites:

Jacksonville, FL North Haven, CT Minneapolis, MN                     About the Position: As the Strategic Sourcing Program Manager, M&A, you will support the Mergers & Acquisition Team by leveraging project management/analytic skills: planning & coordinating, communicating, influencing, meeting milestones, resolving issues, and managing risks.  This role leads end-to-end integration planning, from diligence support and integration planning through operational handoff, with a high level of autonomy and delivery.

Primary Responsibilities: • Establish program governance, align resources, and baseline site maturity, systems, contracts, and sourcing processes to support a structured transition plan.

• Build and maintain comprehensive product and supply visibility through an integrated Path to Launch (P2L), including BOMs, forecasts, lead times, supplier data, risks, and mitigation actions.

• Assess and mitigate supply, capacity, quality, and continuity risks by partnering with Category management, SQE, site teams, and suppliers, while driving ASL migration, PPAP, and supplier readiness activities.

• Drive supplier engagement, sourcing events, outsourcing strategies, and contract manufacturer partnerships to realize integration synergies, deliver cost savings, and enhance supply chain efficiency.

• Support enterprise process and system adoption, including SAP transitions, procurement training, sourcing workflows, payment terms, MRP management, PO processing, and master data accuracy.

• Coordinate cross-functional reviews, manage sourcing escalations and material availability, and execute a comprehensive handoff to Operations Sourcing with documented risks, supplier status, product information, and launch readiness plans.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing, continuity/run the business experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant strategic sourcing continuity/run the business experience.

Experience in one or more of the following areas: • Category Management

• Technical sourcing

• Risk Assessment and mitigation

• Supplier Integration

• Cost Saving Initiatives

Preferred Qualifications: • 7+ years in strategic sourcing operations, medical devices, or related industry

• Experience with manufacturing, operational excellence, and analytics-driven improvement

• Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean certification and DMAIC methodology

• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills

• Skilled at leading multiple projects and collaborating across a matrixed organization

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, and ideally Minitab

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
