ABOUT THE ROLE

At Nucleus, we're putting the world's most advanced genetic analyses into the hands of families and clinicians around the world.

Now we're expanding our growth team to meet the demand for genetic optimization, and this role shapes how that happens.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Grow Nucleus across your territory (California) by bringing on IVF clinics, fertility networks, Academic Medical Centers, and labs.

- Be the go-to expert for REIs, OB/GYNs, Lab Directors and practice leadership, educating their teams on the value our products provide.

- Make Nucleus feel like a seamless part of clinical care, for both our partners and our patients.

- Bring what you hear from clinics back to product, design, and engineering to shape what we build.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- 5+ years selling to physicians in diagnostics, genetics, reproductive health, or fertility.

- 3+ years closing deals with IVF clinics, fertility networks, and industry partners, and know how to grow them.

- You've launched products, opened new markets, and grown revenue.

- You know fertility treatment, reproductive genetics, carrier screening, prenatal testing, and IVF lab operations inside out.

- You know how to get both clinical and operational people on board, even in large organizations.

- You move fast, hold yourself accountable, and don't wait to be told.

NICE TO HAVES

- Established relationships across the fertility ecosystem.

- You thrive in a fast-moving startup, not a slow legacy sales org.
