STORE MANAGER, OUTLET

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience • Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent • Deliver operational excellence in all store processes • Develop strategic plan to drive sales through business analytics and achieving productivity goals • Create foot traffic through community involvement • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment • Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:   

• 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader

The range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. Please note that for salaried roles, the figures reflect full-time equivalency, while for hourly roles, the figures represent the applicable hourly rate.

Compensation Range:   90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD
