About this role

Pay range 22.32 - 26.04 Hourly with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.

As a Stockroom Assistant ,   you’ll   play a key role in supporting deliveries,   maintaining   accurate   inventory, and ensuring the stockroom   operates   efficiently, allowing the team to focus on delivering outstanding customer service.  

About the Job  

• Process deliveries of merchandise, supplies, and equipment, and handle internal repairs, including recording, dispatching, and managing all items damaged in sales or in the stockroom.  

• Receive and check incoming deliveries, inspect items against orders for accuracy, completeness, and defects, and place products in their   appropriate storage   locations.  

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom environment at all times.  

• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory counts.  

• Support internal   logistics   processes to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.  

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Management to ensure   timely   stock availability and replenishment.  

About You  

• Experienced in a multicultural retail environment with a solid background in stockroom or   logistics   operations, ideally within luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands  

• Skilled in planning and prioritization, with a structured, reliable, and detail ‑ oriented working style  

• Physically resilient and comfortable with tasks requiring movement, lifting, and manual handling  

• Agile and commercially minded, with a proactive approach to problem ‑ solving  

• Strong team   player with a high sense of responsibility  

• Digitally proficient and comfortable working with inventory or merchandise management systems
