The Christ Hospital Home Health Care
Schedule: PRN 1 day per week (8 AM - 5 PM)

What You'll Do • Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
• Complete required documentation
Qualifications • STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
• 1+ year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
