Who you are: As a  Staff Engineer – Midrange ,  you  are our subject matter expert, leading technical efforts on OpenShift. You welcome a challenge and strive to continuously optimize system and program functionality with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.    What you’ll do:   • Plan, implement, configure, and support  OpenShift  systems and applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards • Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve the most complex OpenShift issues and escalations to minimize downtime and restoring services efficiently • Perform root cause analysis and document resolution strategies, promoting continuous improvement and long-term stability • Collaborate with IT teams, management, and business units on cross-functional projects, supporting infrastructure, security, and large-scale outage recovery across OpenShift environments • Develop automation tools for provisioning, management, and security, increasing operational efficiency and ensuring repeatability in OpenShift environments • Identify and lead enhancement projects for systems and applications, driving improvements in performance, security, and scalability across the enterprise • Always take action with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience • Advanced knowledge in independently diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across interconnected programs and systems, ability to develop and implement effective, innovative solutions, typically requiring a minimum of 6+ years of experience • 3+ years of experience with architecting, building, and supporting production OpenShift clusters • Extensive experience in managing complex project and solving advanced engineering related issues • Experience with project management methodologies • Strong knowledge in designing, analyzing, and optimizing complex systems or products • Advanced knowledge in specific engineering disciplines and technologies such as Microsoft 365 Technologies, Azure Active Directory • Ability to align engineering projects with organizational goals and contribute to strategic planning • Ability to lead technical teams and provide direction on complex technical issues • Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes storage such as PortWorx • Experience with ArgoCD (GitOps) technology and best practices • Experience installing, maintaining, and upgrading Operators • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office applications

Additional Preferred Skills: • Master’s degree in a relevant field • Red Hat Certified Engineer + OpenShift Specialization certifications • Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification
