Job Summary: Performs advanced warehouse coordination by independently managing order fulfillment, inventory handling, and cross-team communication. Applies experience and judgment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety across warehouse activities. Supports training and workflow guidance for less experienced staff. Executes the full range of warehouse coordination responsibilities, with expanded accountability for independent decision-making, issue resolution, and workflow continuity.

Key Responsibilities: Independently coordinates order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and transfer activities. Performs routine cycle counts and resolves inventory discrepancies. Verifies pulled orders and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintains organized inventory storage, bin labeling, and FIFO practices. Communicates with internal teams to resolve order or inventory issues. Supports safety practices and proper equipment operation.

Education Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience: 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics coordination required.

Certifications and Licenses: Forklift certification or ability to obtain required.
