Quality Management Job Description: Minimum Qualifications: • Associates degree with 5 years experience leading production operations • Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross functional team environment • Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an organization • Strong interpersonal skills • Self-directed and task-oriented

• Willing to work overtime as required • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications: • 4 year Degree in related field • 5+ years Supervisory experience with proven upward growth • 10+ years of work experience in a high speed, Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment • Familiarity with electronics and electronic components • 6-Sigma certification • Familiarity with SAP and L2L

Duties & Responsibilites: • Meeting KPI targets, • Reporting through the use of Microsoft Office and other software applications • Presenting results and countermeasures • Leading cross functional teams in weekly meetings • Budgeting • Meeting customer expectations

• Lead continuous improvement activities on Assembly Production lines • Lead Root Cause Analysis for Quality and Efficiency Issues • Support materials team by oversight of 2nd shift Receiving, warehouse and Shipping functions
