Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intel Analyst II to join our team! In this role you will get to work on mission critical strategic intelligence reports .
What You'll Be Doing: • Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military, political, and security-related issues, such as: • Regional military capabilities, strategy, doctrine, operations, leadership intentions, and decision-making • Military leadership, defense and security policies, irregular warfare, civil-military relations, and defense relations with the U.S. and other countries.
• Use Analysis and Research to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
What Required Skills You'll Bring: • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ Years of Experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree. • All Source analyst experience during the past 2 years. • Experience with strategic all-source-intelligence analysis, including the use of analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources, and analyzing findings • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings • Active TS/SCI clearance w/CI polygraph (w/DIA SEC issues)
What Desired Skills You'll Bring: • Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and using ICD 203 tradecraft standards • Experience with the Indo-Pacific AOR • Ability to speak and read a critical foreign language at a professional level • Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred; Master’s degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus • Exercises and Doctrine experience for large adversary militaries
Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
