Role Summary Global responsibility is to lead the Solar Fuse and High-Speed Fuse product portfolios with profitable growth, strategic vision, and disciplined execution throughout the product life cycle. Develop and execute global product and market strategies by combining market analysis, Voice of Customer, technology trends, competitive intelligence, and financial performance. Evaluate Littelfuse operational capabilities across manufacturing sites and define the capacity, sourcing, automation, and investment actions needed to support growth. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and customers to deliver competitive products, successful launches, strong margins, and sustainable market leadership.

Key Responsibilities Market Analysis, Strategic Vision & Portfolio Strategy - Own and drive the global strategy for Solar Fuses and High-Speed Fuses. - Develop and maintain a three-to-five-year product and technology roadmap using customer input, market models, competition, regulations, technology trends, and internal capabilities. - Analyze market size, growth, applications, regional dynamics, competitive positioning, and adjacent opportunities in Solar PV, Energy Storage, Power Conversion, EV Infrastructure, HVDC systems, and Data Centers. - Translate insights into differentiated value propositions, investment priorities, product positioning, and executable growth plans. - Communicate a clear strategic vision and influence global stakeholders to align resources with the highest-value opportunities.

New Product Development, Innovation & Commercialization - Identify and prioritize new products, systems, and services required to expand 1500V and 2000V solar protection platforms and High-Speed Fuse solutions. - Lead product requirements, business cases, stage-gate decisions, product readiness, launch plans, and post-launch reviews. - Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing Communications, Quality, Operations, and customers to ensure prototypes, samples, certifications, documentation, pricing, capacity, and sales tools are ready for commercialization. - Drive roadmap execution for Solar PV, Energy Storage, Power Conversion, EV charging, HVDC, and Data Center applications. - Evaluate partnerships, supplier solutions, licensing, and acquisition opportunities that can accelerate portfolio growth.

Product Financial & Operating Performance - Own revenue, gross margin, pricing, portfolio profitability, and life-cycle performance for assigned product families. - Establish annual operating plans, long-range forecasts, growth targets, margin-improvement actions, and portfolio rationalization priorities. - Review product and SKU performance regularly and implement actions to grow the top line, improve mix, reduce cost, manage E&O, and restore margins where required. - Define global pricing architecture and support strategic quotations and commercial negotiations. - Work with Sales and customers to assess demand; translate forecasts into capacity, inventory, safety-stock, and working-capital requirements.

Global Operations, Capacity & Supply Strategy - Evaluate Littelfuse manufacturing capabilities, cost position, quality performance, technical competencies, lead times, and available capacity across sites. - Develop manufacturing-footprint, sourcing, localization, automation, and capacity-expansion strategies aligned with the growth roadmap. - Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality to improve manufacturing agility, delivery performance, supply continuity, and cost competitiveness. - Lead business input for capital investments, production transfers, supplier development, process optimization, and risk-mitigation plans. - Ensure product changes and customer notifications are executed through required processes.

Commercial Leadership, Customers & Sales Support - Build strategic relationships with priority OEMs, EPCs, integrators, channel partners, and technology leaders. - Lead Voice of Customer activities and convert unmet needs into product, service, and business-model opportunities. - Provide technical and commercial support for strategic negotiations, quotations, requests for proposals, customer visits, presentations, trade shows, and industry forums. - Strengthen OEM engagement and ensure timely product support by coordinating Sales, Application Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Procurement. - Develop regional growth plans while maintaining global portfolio consistency.

Other Duties as Assigned - Support codes and standards activities relevant to Solar and High-Speed Fuses, including UL and IEC requirements. - Guide, influence, and develop cross-functional team members and indirect resources in accordance with Littelfuse policies.

Education - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline is required. - Electrical Engineering education is highly desirable. - MBA or advanced business degree is preferred. The role requires quantitative analysis, financial judgment, technical understanding, strategic thinking, and effective executive communication.
