The Sr. Operations Intelligence & Enablement Analyst serves as the connective tissue between CoverMyMeds' market intelligence function and the broader operations organization, including the support center. Where existing intelligence work is oriented toward executive decision-making, this role translates market signals and AI-driven operational change into clear, decision-ready guidance for the teams executing on the front lines – with primary emphasis on the support center, the largest operations group by headcount and impact. Operating as a senior individual contributor, the role earns authority through expertise and trust rather than positional reporting lines, driving alignment and adoption across teams without direct authority.
Key responsibilities include converting market developments into practical operational guidance; maintaining a current, accurate view of the AI tools deployed across Operations and reporting on the efficiencies, savings, and capabilities they unlock, benchmarked against comparable organizations; and owning a defined, recurring mechanism that carries operator feedback into Product and AI leadership to inform the roadmap. The role partners closely with the forecasting and intelligence function, Product, and operations leadership to ensure market and technology signals reach the front line translated, timed, and actionable, and establishes recognized internal expertise on operations intelligence and the applied use of AI in an operations setting.
What You'll Do: • Act as the primary translator of market intelligence for CMM operations, converting market trends, payer and formulary movement, and shifts in prior-authorization volume into clear operational implications the front line can act on
• Partner with the forecasting and intelligence function to determine which market developments materially change how operations run, and articulate the practical consequence rather than the headline
• Produce and sustain a cadence of briefings, updates, and reference material tailored to operational audiences and timed to the decisions they support, with primary focus on the support center
• M aintain a current, accurate view of the AI tools deployed across CMM operations – their purpose, usage patterns, and the teams relying on them
• Report on the adoption, efficiencies, cost savings, and capability unlocks these tools drive within CMM, and provide an external benchmarking lens on how CMM's applied-AI maturity compares to peer organizations
• Own a defined, recurring feedback mechanism between operational users and CMM Product and AI leadership, surfacing user experience, friction points, unmet needs, and emerging opportunities into the AI roadmap
• Identify adoption gaps and effective practices, then move that knowledge across operations groups to accelerate value realization and avoid siloed wins
• Drive alignment, adoption, and behavior change across teams through influence and credibility rather than positional authority
• Establish recognized internal expertise on operations intelligence and the applied use of AI in operations, with the potential to extend that thought leadership beyond CMM
Basic Requirements: • 4-year degree in a related field (business, economics, analytics, health policy, or similar) or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in operations, analytics, market intelligence, or strategy, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy access, or the payer/PBM landscape
• Demonstrated experience translating complex market or technical information into actionable guidance for operational audiences
• Experience communicating with both senior leadership and front-line operational teams
• Familiarity with prior authorization, medication access, or specialty pharmacy operations strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority
• Experience building recurring reporting, briefings, or intelligence products for internal stakeholders
• Data literacy, integrity & compliance Working fluency with AI/LLM tools and an understanding of their operational application and limits
• Business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet)
• CMM technical platforms (provider portals, ePA workflows, etc.)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities within a changing environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong analytical judgment and the ability to distinguish signal from noise in market and operational data
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a talent for distilling complexity into clarity Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Change management and stakeholder engagement experience, a plus
• Experience with AI adoption and applied AI / automation in an oporations environment
• Market intelligence or competitive intelligence
