How will you make an impact? On the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry team, you will aid our supply chain to manufacture innovative instruments, consumables, and software solutions for customers working in the analytical sciences (routine testing markets) and scientific research. Our complete workflow solutions enable productivity and efficiency for customers performing food and beverage testing and manufacturing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping.

What will you do? • Own and transform the Global SIOP/SIOE process across demand planning, supply planning, capacity management, inventory optimization, and execution—ensuring alignment to AOP, long-range plans, and growth strategies • Lead BU SIOP governance and cadence, driving structured decision-making, risk visibility, and alignment with ICSP and CMD Senior Leadership • Translate business strategy into actionable supply chain plans, balancing service, cost, and cash while enabling scalable growth • Drive end-to-end supply-demand balancing, proactively identifying gaps and leading scenario planning, trade-off decisions, and mitigation strategies across capacity, materials, and inventory • Elevate SIOP/SIOE maturity by implementing advanced planning capabilities, digital tools, predictive analytics, and standardized processes across regions and sites • Lead cross-functional alignment at scale, influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to deliver integrated business outcomes • Oversee global order book governance and backlog execution strategy, ensuring disciplined prioritization, revenue conversion, and customer commitment reliability • Drive supply chain resilience, leading RCCM for critical constraints, establishing early warning systems, and mitigating risks across a global supplier and manufacturing footprint • Partner with manufacturing and supplier leadership globally (Asia, Europe, North America) to align capacity, sourcing strategies, and execution priorities • Establish and monitor BU-level KPIs, including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health (DOS), capacity utilization, and productivity metrics—translating insights into action • Champion continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, embedding Lean/Six Sigma principles and driving measurable business impact

How will you get here? Education • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of university education and work experience required.

Experience • Experience with a continuous improvement methodology (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma). • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, S&OP, SIOP, or similar field. • SAP, APICS CPIM and applicable CRM (e.g., salesforce.com) experience would be an asset.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Ability to work in a matrixed environment to build consensus and implement continuous process improvement. • Proficiency in engaging and influencing large teams and functional leaders. • Strong project management and problem solving skills. • Must possess excellent judgment, demonstrate a strong bias for action, and be able to work autonomously. • Demonstrates a strong collaborative leadership style and can motivate change across multiple organizational levels, functions, locations, and dotted-line entities to achieve objectives. • Analytical and statistical skills including the ability to develop and report metrics, develop predictive models and prescriptive analytics. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – shown through both written and spoken communication. • Ability to work some evenings to accommodate weekly global business needs, 1-2 nights per week.
