By joining our team, you’ll contribute to shaping the future of Zoox autonomous mobility by embracing these guiding principles.   As the Sr. Manager of Design, you will lead multiple teams of talented designers including Customer Experience Design, as well as Operational Tools & Service Design. Our operational and internal tools require your leadership in creativity, analytical, visualization, and prototyping skills, and knowledge of user-facing solutions to build internal tools that assist and accelerate our operations teams in running the service. For our experience and service design domains, you will lead the teams to build the best product experiences, launch innovative features, and do so with a customer-centered approach.
