Senior Fulfillment Consultant
Location: Onsite at a ShipMonk office — Fort Lauderdale, FL; Fort Worth, TX; Louisville, KY; Pittston, PA; or Las Vegas, NV — or Remote
Reports To: Senior Vice President of Sales

This is a full-cycle, high-impact closing role for sellers who want ownership of the deal from first call to signed contract, backed by a company that invests heavily in the tools, team, and brand that make winning easier. We focus on mid-market and enterprise merchants in Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Supplements, and we're adding to this team because of our continued success in the market.

What you'll do:
Own the full sales cycle
Run point on every stage of the deal, from first conversation to signature. Deliver sharp, solution-oriented presentations built around each prospect's real pain points, negotiate service agreements with confidence, and close new business with urgency and professionalism.
Build and work a serious pipeline
Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking. You’ll work hand in hand with a dedicated SDR team feeding you meetings so your calendar stays full of the right conversations. Build a pipeline aligned with ShipMonk's ideal customer profile, and keep it moving.
Win trust fast
Establish and grow relationships with prospects, representing ShipMonk's brand and our get-sh*t-done mindset at every step. Become the person your prospects trust to get their supply chain right.
Solve real problems
Dig into a prospect's operational challenges and creatively position ShipMonk's platform to solve them. Think fast, act decisively, and keep deals moving forward even when the path isn't a straight line.

• A dedicated SDR team: reps sourcing and qualifying meetings so your pipeline stays full without you doing all the prospecting yourself

What you'll need:
We hire hungry, proven sellers. If you've built pipeline and closed new business and you want a bigger book with real support behind you, keep reading.
• 4+ years of sales, business development, or account executive experience in a fast-paced environment in the Fulfillment or Logistics industry
• A proven track record of developing leads and closing new business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High proficiency navigating CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• The ability to think analytically, negotiate service agreements, and adapt to a dynamic environment
• A collaborative team player with a strong sense of business acumen
• Passionate, energetic, and driven to exceed goals
• Willingness to be onsite up to 5 d
