This role is essential for designing and developing data solutions, including scalable databases and dashboards. It calls for someone who thinks holistically about data systems. This person critically assesses the current state, envisions what it should become, and drives the shift toward more scalable, effective data solutions. Success is measured by the effectiveness of data solutions, team skill development, and contribution to data architecture innovation. The work impacts the organization by enabling data-driven decision-making and advancing data infrastructure capabilities for business insights.

Job Responsibilities : • Develop data solutions that enable data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business requirements

• Design and develop data architectures to ensure scalable data infrastructure

• Perform data wrangling, exploration, and discovery to build dashboards that generate new business insights

• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and drive the advancement of new data products

• Mentor team members to build and enhance their data engineering skillsets and professional growth

• Assist management in project definition, including estimating, planning, and scoping work to meet objectives

• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience : • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related subject area (Required) • 4-7 years Developing cloud solutions using data series; experience with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud) (Required) • 4-7 years Hands-on development using and migrating data to cloud platforms (Required) • 4-7 years Experience in SQL, and/or relational database design and development (Required) • 4-7 years Advanced knowledge and experience in building complex data pipelines with Python, Experience in languages such as SQL, Scala (Required)

Base Pay Range: $105,100 - $189,600

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
