About this role
Reporting to the Asset, Standards, and Ownership Leader, you will support the deployment, governance, and continuous improvement of the Lean Supply Chain Pillar within the Conagra Performance System. You will partner with manufacturing sites, platform leadership, supply chain teams, and enterprise stakeholders to eliminate losses, strengthen standards, build organizational capability, and deliver sustainable operational performance. You will serve as a Lean Supply Chain subject matter expert, leveraging Lean methodologies, data analytics, performance management, and digital manufacturing tools to identify opportunities, prioritize improvement efforts, and accelerate business results across manufacturing and supply chain operations. This role requires up to 75% travel to manufacturing sites, corporate meetings, and company events. A Taste of Your Responsibilities • Support enterprise ownership, governance, standards, and maturity progression of the Lean Supply Chain Pillar. • Align Lean Supply Chain initiatives with Manufacturing Excellence priorities and integrate work across Conagra Performance System pillars and enterprise systems. • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce losses, eliminate waste, and improve operational performance. • Use performance data, loss analysis, root cause problem solving, and value stream methodologies to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results. • Facilitate workshops, performance reviews, and cross-functional improvement activities that improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels. • Develop and maintain scorecards, key performance indicator frameworks, reporting tools, and analytical solutions that support enterprise decision making. • Translate complex manufacturing and supply chain data into actionable insights, risks, trends, and recommendations. • Integrate Lean Supply Chain principles with digital manufacturing capabilities, data visualization, automation, and modern manufacturing technologies. • Partner with operations, engineering, information technology, and digital teams to implement scalable, technology-enabled improvements. • Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, connected manufacturing technologies, and digital tools to improve visibility and decision making. • Coach site and platform teams on Lean Supply Chain standards, methodologies, and best practices. • Support training, workshops, playbooks, and leadership discussions that strengthen ownership and accountability. • Lead change management efforts that drive adoption, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Lean systems and behaviors. • Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leaders, Operations Leadership Teams, and enterprise stakeholders. • Communicate performance trends, strategic priorities, and recommendations through clear, fact-based storytelling.
Ingredients Required for Your Success • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Supply Chain, Manufacturing Excellence, Operational Excellence, or related disciplines. • Demonstrated success applying Lean methodologies, structured problem solving, and performance metrics to deliver measurable business results. • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, data visualization, and performance reporting tools. • Experience influencing cross-functional teams, leading initiatives without direct authority, and driving adoption of enterprise standards. • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement credential preferred. • Experience supporting multi-site Lean Supply Chain, Conagra Performance System, or Manufacturing Excellence deployments preferred. • Experience leveraging digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 technologies, smart manufacturing, or advanced analytics to improve operational performance preferred. • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems, manufacturing execution systems, Power Platform, Power BI, artificial intelligence-enabled analytics, predictive analytics, and digital performance management systems preferred. • Demonstrated strengths in change leadership, capability building, influencing, collaboration, strategic thinking, systems thinking, and executive communication.
Physical Requirements More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. This role may require you to be in our manufacturing facilities. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Compensation Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
