Primarily a business-translation role, it also brings a strong workflow and user-experience lens, partnering closely with design, data science, and engineering so that AI solutions are not only aligned to strategy but intuitive, adopted, and impactful across the US Commercial Organization.

• Contribute a user-experience and workflow perspective to solution design, advocating for intuitive, accessible outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce friction through intelligent automation and thoughtful design.

Value Realization & Impact Measurement • Define success metrics and KPIs for initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

• Monitor solution performance post-deployment and support continuous improvement.

• Communicate impact and ROI to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Adoption & Change Support • Support change-management and adoption efforts across business units.

• Help develop training materials, onboarding guides, and communication plans that drive user engagement.

• Address feedback and resistance through iterative design and stakeholder collaboration.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with UX and workflow methods — journey mapping, usability testing, human-centered design — and tools such as Figma.

• Understanding of oncology workflows and/or healthcare regulations and data privacy (e.g., HIPAA).

• Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional product teams.

• Change-management or adoption experience.

PHYSICAL / MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to synthesize ambiguous, incomplete inputs into structured requirements and perform complex analysis.
