T-Mobile is building something big in fiber — and this role is at the center of it. As Senior Product Manager, Broadband Hardware, you'll be the connective tissue across every team, partner, and milestone that brings T-Fiber products to market. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy — and who wants to shape the future of home broadband at scale.

This is a rare opportunity to own a greenfield hardware program at one of the country's largest and fastest-moving carriers. You'll have executive visibility, cross-functional scope, and the chance to build something that millions of customers will rely on every day.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership Own end-to-end hardware and service launches across all T-Fiber workstreams — from pre-RFP through post-launch. You'll build and drive the master program schedule, lead decision forums, manage escalations, and coordinate GTM readiness across Digital, Retail, and Care. Executive presence matters here: you'll represent the program at the VP and SVP level with clarity on strategy, status, and risk.

OEM & Supplier Management Serve as the primary interface with OEM partners from award through launch — managing kickoffs, certification tracking, and onboarding. You'll coordinate demand planning, procurement, and forward/reverse logistics with Commercial, Finance, Sourcing, and Supply Chain, and own operational readiness for direct-to-customer CPE fulfillment.

Technology Strategy Collaborate with engineering architecture to evaluate platform trade-offs and deliver technology recommendations spanning Wi-Fi 8, embedded AI, RedCap, XGS-PON, and RDK. Engage directly with chipset partners — including Qualcomm, MediaTek, and Broadcom — to assess roadmaps and translate emerging capabilities into long-range product planning.

Hardware Requirements Serve as named author and accountable owner of the fiber hardware PRD — leading cross-functional requirements gathering, maintaining the document through technical reviews, and bridging business objectives with technical execution from architecture upstream to sourcing downstream.

Qualifications: • 7–10 years in product management, program management, or hardware product strategy within telecommunications, consumer broadband, or consumer electronics • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale hardware or service launches with 15+ concurrent workstreams, including building master program schedules and managing critical path risk • Experience managing OEM or supplier relationships through a full hardware product lifecycle, including familiarity with fulfillment operations and 3PL/4PL management • Strong knowledge of broadband hardware and CPE lifecycle — chipset engagement, OEM sourcing, and launch — along with familiarity with fiber technologies such as PON, ONT, FTTH, and Wi-Fi • Demonstrated experience as a named PRD or BRD author • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to align technical teams and senior leadership • Experience engaging chipset partners such as Qualcomm or MediaTek on roadmap discussions is a plus • Familiarity with emerging broadband trends — embedded AI, Wi-Fi 8, USP/TR-369 — is a plus • Bachelor's degree required; engineering or technical discipline preferred

• At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States
