Job Description: Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Operations - Contract Inquiry Support Job Description Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Sr. Analyst, Enterprise Operations - Contract Inquiry Support. Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) provides contracting, supply chain, business service, and strategic solutions to customers and commercial intermediaries of U.S. based Johnson & Johnson companies, including hospital systems, health plans, distributors, wholesalers, purchasing organizations, government payor programs, and government health care institutions in the U.S. JJHCS engages with customers to provide streamlined supply chain services for our products that seamlessly integrate with customer operations, address shared evolving market challenges to value based care, and develop innovative solutions that improve patient care access. Johnson & Johnson Deliver Group is part of Johnson & Johnson’s global Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. Deliver strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing-functions such as customer service, distribution, and transportation. In addition, deliver coordinates critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. It supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices including Vision, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. Located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates, Deliver is a critical component of our supply chain, working collaboratively to ensure that quality, safety, and the experience of our customers is our top priority. Summary The Contract Inquiry Support Team (CIS) provides answers to contract-related inquiries generated by our direct customers and business partners, seeks to improve synchronization of contract price and eligibility, resolves customer price and eligibility discrepancies and supports contracting process improvements. As Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering resolution on invoice discrepancies related to pricing and eligibility, retro approvals, managing inquiries from our Distributors/Wholesalers, and IDN Roster activities. Your primary responsibilities will include operational execution, process improvements, and strategic collaboration with internal business partners such as our operating company franchise partners and other internal Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) departments. Responsibilities: • Identify, lead, and/or participate in ad-hoc projects to support key base business or new innovative process and strategy improvements and implementations. • Proactively identify opportunities to drive and implement improvement processes or policies that will positively impact internal efficiencies and the customer experience. • Work in conjunction with team members and stakeholders to identify common root causes and design solutions that increase efficiency and enhance customer experience. • Demonstrate the ability to consolidate and present information to business partners and senior management in a clear and concise manner that allows management to make strategic decisions. • Review and analyze metrics to add deeper business perspectives to evaluate trending and reporting to management. • Demonstrate ability to work independently with little supervision. • Independently make prudent decisions on processes by understanding the contractual obligations, internal system capabilities and the impact of the actions across the organization and contracting continuum. • Effectively communicate with JJHCS counterparts (Contract Administration, Deliver Revenue, U.S. Operations and Operating Companies). • Utilize multiple systems (ICS, CORE, MDM, Salesforce.com, and TRIM) to successfully manage workload on a timely basis. Qualifications • Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience is required • Action-oriented and able to work independently, while taking ownership of issues is required • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to address customer issues in an effective and timely manner is required • Demonstrated ability to handle stakeholder inquiries/issues, developing and delivering solutions, and interdependent partnering to resolve complex business matters required • Demonstrated ability to present to business partners and senior management is required. • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills to consolidate information & present complex data in simplified terms is required • Demonstrated ability to build and support strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and
