Job Description Job Purpose As a Senior Marketing Analyst , you will support the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for the Kraft Brand, with a focus on the Mayo and Dressings categories. This role combines analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on marketing execution to drive brand growth and consumer engagement. You’ll contribute to brand strategy, customer marketing plans, innovation roadmaps, and campaign performance. Working closely with the Brand Activation & Partnerships (BAP) team, you’ll help align customer strategies with brand goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong ownership mentality, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems creatively.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities • Integrate Away From Home Strategy into Kraft Masterbrand B2C communication plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging. • Support and influence 1-3 Year Growth Plans, contributing to long-term business strategy and innovation pipelines. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategic direction for the Mayo and Dressings categories. • Collaborate with Senior Leadership (Channel CMO, Platform GM, Business Unit President) to present key marketing strategies, consumer insights, and performance metrics. Drive discussions around growth opportunities, campaign performance, and category positioning. • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with both consumers and customers across all channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and strategic goals. • Collaborate with the Brand Activation & Partnerships (BAP) Team to develop customer-specific marketing plans that align with Kraft’s broader marketing strategies. Lead and support the execution of marketing initiatives that drive both consumer demand and customer engagement. • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights, track performance, and optimize marketing strategies. Analyze key business drivers such as brand equity, market share, revenue, and consumer preferences to shape marketing strategies. • Track and report on category performance across a variety of metrics, including volume, revenue, and competitive trends, to inform and adjust marketing efforts. • Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance, and Project Management to bring new product innovations and renovations to market. Manage cross-functional communication and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. • Foster relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing programs and brand campaigns. • Support the development of new products and renovations by contributing to the ideation and execution phases. Ensure that all innovations align with Kraft’s brand vision and meet consumer needs. • Manage the licensing portfolio for Kraft’s Mayo and Dressings categories, ensuring that all third-party partnerships align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. • Own and manage the marketing budget for the AFH business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and effective allocation of resources. Track expenses and ensure that marketing programs are delivered on time and within budget. • Drive cost-effective marketing strategies that maximize ROI and contribute to the long-term profitability of the brand.
Expected Experience & Required Skills • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, digital commerce, or a related field. Equivalent experience in marketing or brand management will be considered. • 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing, digital commerce, eCommerce, or omnichannel marketing. Experience in CPG, foodservice, B2B, or a related field is preferred. Strong preference for candidates with experience in brand marketing or product category management within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or foodservice environment. • Experience working with marketing analytics, business performance metrics, and managing end-to-end campaign execution. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and business recommendations. • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, driving projects forward, and managing competing priorities. • A understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand strategy to drive growth in highly competitive markets. • A passion for consumer brands and a strong interest in the evolving marketing landscape. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, etc).

Additionally, employees subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements, some jobs may be required entirely in the office.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $89,800.00 - $112,200.00
