Scope of Work

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed.

Standard Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program • Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program • Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program

• 2 years of relevant experience of related experience Required

• CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association 1 Year required • LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines

Upon Hire required • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
