What You'll Get To Do

The Inventory Specialist is focused on overseeing and managing production inventory and reports to the Branch Operations Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is self-motivated, well-organized, and excels in developing and implementing processes and procedures. As a vital member of the Stockroom Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leading organization.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate records, and conduct cycle counts.

• Develop and enhance inventory systems using WMS and ERP tools.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.

• Partner with logistics and purchasing to streamline inventory processes.

• Optimize storage space and stock placement based on supply and demand insights.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.

• Must be able to move up to 40 pounds at a time.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma.

• At least one year of inventory experience, preferably in a lean manufacturing or Six Sigma focused environment.

• Proficiency in cycle counting, advanced inventory processes, and using inventory systems like SAP WMS or Microsoft Excel.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Position Pay Range $21 — $24 USD
