Now Hiring Part Time, Spare School Bus Drivers for Plymouth, MN

As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home. No experience as a bus driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed.

Your day will include: • Drive AM & PM routes at any Minnesota location • May cover different route at different location each shift • Not assigned a regular route, assignments based on locations needs • 5:30 AM and 12:30 PM report times • Minimum 1 year of school bus driving experience

School Bus Driver benefits: • Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $32.00 per hou r starting wage, based on school bus driver experience.  • Training Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour • Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits plus 401k Retirement Savings Plans (Benefits offered may vary by location or CBA)

This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason  

Language Requirement This role requires English proficiency. Federal, state, and local requirements, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, require training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications be conducted in English.
