Space Planner Specialist

Job Description

We offer a merit-based work-from-home program based on job responsibilities. After initial training in-person, this specific role could have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated Insurance Carrier, is seeking an entry level motivated Space Planner professional to join our team.  The position requires the following, but is not limited to: • Responsible for creating space plan options • Coordinating implementation of approved plans • Maintaining a library of current space plan layouts utilizing AutoCAD computer software • Periodically review furniture systems from selected vendors to remain current in knowledge of available systems • Willing to travel to branches upon request  

Desired Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Above average communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to read and interpret floor plans • Familiar with computer software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, ImageRight and SAP • Competency to learn new software tools • Ability to handle multiple assignments
