About the position:

As a Digital Experience Management (DEM) Solutions Engineer , you are the technical bridge between our digital experience management platform and our prospective customers. You won't just "demo" software; you will diagnose complex performance issues and design solutions that help enterprises ensure their employees and customers have a seamless digital experience.

You will partner with Account Executive teams to participate in sales cycles, proving the value of our telemetry and analytics through technical discovery and customized proof-of-value (POV) engagements.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Discovery: Lead technical deep-dives to understand a prospect’s current digital ecosystem, including network bottlenecks, device performance, and application latency.

• Solution Design: Architect DEM strategies that remove performance visibility gaps and provide actionable data

• Product Evangelism: Deliver high-impact demonstrations that translate that showcase the DEM value proposition

• Proof of Value (POV): Manage the end-to-end technical evaluation process, helping customers deploy and configure the DEM solution based on success criteria.

• Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the field and Product Management to influence the roadmap based on market requirements and competitive intelligence.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant role, preferably within DEM, APM (Application Performance Monitoring), or Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) sectors.

• Technical Breadth: Strong understanding of Endpoint OS (Windows, macOS, Linux).

• Data Literacy: Ability to query and visualize data. Experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to "translate" technical metrics into ROI for C-level executives (CIO, CPO, Head of Digital Workplace).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Compensation:

At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below. This is a national range. For purposes of complying with applicable laws, the range applies to candidates in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Washington, and other states.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.

In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed at Netskope Benefits site .

Salary Range $177,500 — $253,000 USD
