• 📊 Create real‑time visualisations that clearly communicate system status and decision‑making

• 🤝 Enable seamless human‑AI collaboration through thoughtful interaction design

• 🧩 Develop reusable UI components that scale across future Labs initiatives

• 🔗 Extend into backend services and cloud APIs when needed to deliver end‑to‑end solutions

• 🧪 Prototype with emerging frameworks and AI‑assisted development tools

• 🌱 Contribute to a culture of experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement  

🌟 Your Impact Your work will directly shape how partners and internal teams interact with autonomous systems, turning advanced technology into accessible, trusted tools. You’ll help establish frontend standards for Pax8 Labs while influencing how future products are conceived and delivered.   ✅ What You Bring • Substantial experience building modern frontend applications with frameworks such as React, SolidJS, Vue, or similar

• Proven ability with TypeScript, modern CSS, and responsive design

• Demonstrated skill creating high‑performance, interactive interfaces using SVG, Canvas, or WebGL

• Strong understanding of real‑time data handling, dynamic state management, and streaming updates

• Working knowledge of backend fundamentals, including Go or Python services and cloud‑based APIs

• Comfort operating in ambiguity, rapidly prototyping, and iterating toward scalable solutions

• A collaborative mindset and passion for design craft, accessibility, and performance
