About this role
We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our team in the material handling industry. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge software solutions for automation, supply chain, and warehouse operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software that enhances efficiency and performance in real-time industrial environments. We offer:
Core Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain software applications for material handling systems. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions. • Implement scalable and efficient software solutions, ensuring reliability and performance. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for industrial automation. • Write well-structured, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. • Conduct unit and integration testing to validate software functionality. • Contribute to software documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and change logs. • Support software integration with hardware components, including warehouse automation systems. • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software reliability and functionality.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 2 - 5+ years of professional software development experience. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall). • Experience with version control systems such as Azure TFS or Git. • Knowledge of RESTful API development and microservices architecture. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in industrial automation, supply chain, or material handling industries. • Hands-on experience with warehouse software, including WMS, WES, or WCS. • Familiarity with real-time software systems and embedded development. • Experience with frontend frameworks. • Exposure to enterprise software development and system integrations.

Additional Details: • This is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. • Some travel may be required depending on project needs. • Competitive salary and benefits package provided. • The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $ 76,500 - 105,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
