Your New Role... WBD Sports & Bleacher Report are seeking a talented Social Media Programmer to join our B/R Betting team. You'll be responsible for producing content on a daily basis across B/R Betting's social channels including Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube and the Bleacher Report App.

Role Accountabilities.. • Identify and create (edit/package) content to program on our social/app channels with a keen awareness of B/R Betting’s voice • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement original and curation content strategies

• Curate content from our Direct Messages on Instagram, TikTok and X (Twitter) • Monitoring X, TikTok and other social aggregation tools on a daily basis.

• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices • Work closely with the national programming team to identify content that should live on B/R’s national handles

Qualifications & Experience... • 1-2+ years experience in digital media, social media or content curation is preferred • A strong understanding of the B/R Betting brand • Deep understanding of current and emerging social platforms • Strong content identification skills; the ability to pick out what is important to our audience during a busy window • Able to write clean copy and proofread • Passion for pop culture, sports, sports betting and digital media • Ability to work in a team environment with flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends • Able to handle last-minute or quick-turnaround deadlines • Being comfortable in front of the camera is a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $49,000.00 - $91,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
