Skilled Laborer

About this role

We are seeking a Skilled Laborer to join our concrete crew. This position is responsible for supporting concrete construction activities including formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, finishing operations, and general heavy civil construction tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities • Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment • Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • 3+ years of construction experience (heavy civil highly preferred)

• Experience in construction or related industry preferred • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions • Basic math and measurement skills • Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
