Description CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Development Team on the Luke Program. You will support our client with design, creation, deployment, and maintenance of ServiceNow core ITSM platform and scoped applications supporting the Intelligence Community.  Bring your talent, sense of urgency, and innovative ideas to our development team who are currently developing solutions and solving business problems using ServiceNow!

Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including, but not limited to, ITSM, SPM>PPM, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, VTBs, Agile, Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, Change Management, Custom Development, etc. • Implement  ITIL   principles   and   translate   into   ServiceNow   workflows,   including   incident,   problem,   change,   and   service   request   management. • Managing   and   maintaining   data   structures   within   ServiceNow,   including   tables,   relationships,   and   data   modeling,   while   designing   and   delivering   comprehensive   reports   and   dashboards   that   provide   actionable   business   insights • Develop and unit test, hold code reviews, and help to build the pipeline for continuous integration/continuous delivery. • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate roll out of new applications and modules and configure application UI, workflow, and API. • Create, maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform in all environments. • Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests. • Confer with Mission Partners to define their information technology goals and advise in the re-engineering of business processes to meet those goals. • Provide expertise in standards and validations (e.g., ISO 9000). • Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer. • Coordinate between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts. • Develop process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans. • Lead and/or participate in requirements presentations to leadership • Coordinate with multiple departments within and outside of the customer’s organization to accomplish project tasks.

Qualifications: Required: • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Top Secret (TS)/SCI Clearance with Polygraph. • Bachelor’s degree preferably in an IT related field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience; or a Master’s with 4 years of experience; an Associates with 8 years of experience. • Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript’s programming language and how it applies to ServiceNow, along with ServiceNow Glide. • ServiceNow developer certification, preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA). • Firm understanding of ServiceNow, best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management. • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners. • Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately. • Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, participating in stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.

Desired : • Configuration Management experience and certifications. • Graphics design or UX/UI design experience. • Experience in HTML/CSS and Jelly scripting. • Previous work within the Intelligence Community.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $103,800 - $218,100
