A global technology company is seeking a senior legal executive to lead its worldwide legal function. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, this individual will oversee legal strategy, risk management, and compliance across international operations.

The role will play a critical part in supporting continued growth, with significant exposure to M&A, complex commercial transactions, enterprise sales, channel partnerships, and cross-border legal matters.
