Sitting within the Card Payments Partnership & Product Commercialization team, this role is central to identifying, structuring, and executing complex partner relationships that shape the future of Citi's payments business. If you bring deep expertise in the payments industry, credit card markets, and senior-level deal negotiation, this is an opportunity to deliver meaningful commercial outcomes at scale.

• Develop and deliver high-quality materials for executive and partner audiences, articulating strategic rationale, deal constructs, and performance outcomes with clarity.
• Drive product and digital innovation by identifying new approaches to deliver customer value, improve performance, and optimize commercial processes.
• Assess business, partner, and market dynamics to inform the overall partnership strategy and ensure sustained competitive positioning for Citi.
• Ensure contractual compliance across all partner programs, applying sound commercial judgment and maintaining clear accountability for risk and governance standards.

• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, senior-level partnership relationships through full deal lifecycles, from origination to execution.
• In-depth knowledge of the payments industry, digital commerce, and financial services, with the ability to translate market insight into actionable strategy.
• Proven ability to negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements, engaging effectively with senior executives across internal and external organizations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decisions across all levels of a matrixed organization.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to build and evaluate business cases, assess deal economics, and model strategic scenarios.
• Bachelor's degree required.
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications • Experience developing or executing digital payment strategies, including familiarity with emerging payment technologies and digital commerce ecosystems.
• Credit card industry experience, with an understanding of co-brand, co-marketing, or affinity partnership models.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working within large, matrixed organizations, navigating cross-functional teams and competing priorities.
• MBA or Project Management certification.
