In this role, you will: • Lead customer calls and clients through highly complex transactions as well as large and complex implementation meetings while directing internal resources and activities • Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors • Prepare complex customized sales proposals, cost benefit analysis, and pricing scenarios • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals • Lead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications: • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications: • Advanced experience supporting Treasury Management Consultants and Relationship Managers.

• Experience with GPL sales support processes, onboarding, pricing, implementation, and portfolio management activities.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, or leading team initiatives.

• Experience working with commercial, corporate, or specialized industry client segments.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Fulfillment Platform (WICE), Relationship Pricer, and GPL sales support tools

• Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales

• Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams

• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search tools

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment

• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes

• Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset

Job Expectations: • This position will require up to 15% of travel

• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
