Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or related field) is preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience. • 5+ years of recruiting experience. • Specialty Insurance recruiting experience is a plus. • Experience sourcing roles across multiple organizational levels, including senior-level and leadership positions. • Strong ability to interview and assess candidate skills based on performance driven behaviors. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy. • Superior organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
