THE ROLE

As a Product Lead, you will lead one of our teams developing high-potential tech startups and scale-ups. You'll have a large amount of ownership for the product you will be building, leading the product vision all the way through to delivery.

You will work closely with your dedicated team of designers, engineers, and QAs to ensure the product you are developing is loved by its users and is achieving its business goals. Our product teams are small and effective, usually ranging from 5 to 15 people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Lead, you will navigate the full product lifecycle at startup speed, using AI tools to augment your workflow, accelerate output, and sharpen decision-making.

- Product Vision: Define, drive, and execute the product vision, utilizing AI to rapidly analyze market landscapes and pressure-test product strategies.

- Product Discovery: Direct and oversee qualitative & quantitative customer research, leveraging AI to synthesize user data, extract key insights, and shorten the discovery loop.

- Rapid Spec Drafting: Drive technical initiatives from the business side, utilize AI to efficiently draft comprehensive technical specifications, map processes etc.

- Dynamic Scope & Risk Management: Plan and execute product roadmaps under tight deadlines, using AI-driven frameworks to ruthlessly prioritize MVP scope and proactively mitigate complex technical risks.

- Rapid Prototyping & GTM Alignment: Propose robust GTM plans and leverage AI to quickly spin up functional, basic prototypes for client and stakeholder alignment meetings.

- Client & Commercial Management: Coordinate closely with our business development team to ensure timelines, budgets, and client contracts are realistic, data-backed, and strictly held to.

REQUIREMENTS

You know how to pair deep product intuition with AI tools, accelerating execution while critically evaluating output.

- AI-Driven Efficiency: Proven experience leveraging AI to accelerate product discovery and delivery, automate routine tasks, and sharpen strategic decision-making.

- Rapid Concept-to-Prototype Execution: Ability to quickly translate business requirements into functional, low-fidelity prototypes using AI-native building tools to align with stakeholders fast.

- Data & Technical Literacy: An eye for data with the ability to make objective, data-driven decisions; experience using AI to define metrics and track performance.

- Stakeholder Management: Experience influencing and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders, using rapid prototypes and clear GTM frameworks to effectively manage expectations.

- Agile & Outcome-Focused: Deep knowledge of agile principles with a fierce focus on outcomes, risk mitigation, and quality of output rather than just pixel-perfect UI.

- Core Soft Skills: Fluent in English, an empathetic team player, and highly organized with the ability to manage complex product lifecycles under tight timelines.
