Role Overview We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and product strategy for our Identity Security software.
Responsibilities Product Strategy and Product Roadmap • Own the Identity Security roadmap across human identity, non-human identity, and AI agent identity, unifying ITDR , and ISPM into one coherent product experience
• Define and prioritize the identity risk signals that feed posture scoring and the ones that feed real-time threat detection and Vision One XDR incidents, translating emerging threat research into concrete requirements
• Build the business case for new capability investment, including market sizing, competitive positioning, and partner revenue potential
• Align partner strategy with TrendAI priorities across AI usage, applications, agents, identity, data, runtime security, detection, response, and governance.
Technical Product Leadership • Define product requirements for NHI discovery, secrets exposure, and entitlement governance, and for the identity-specific graph analysis that powers blast-radius and attack-path visibility
• Lead product definition for AI agent identity, including MCP/A2A trust models, agent ownership and purpose declaration, delegation-chain depth, and composite risk scoring
• Serve as the product-level technical authority on how identity signals flow in from IAM platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace) without duplicating what those systems already do
• Partner with Security Research and Engineering to turn attack-path analysis and MITRE ATT&CK identity tactics into detection logic and continuous control verification
Cross-Functional & Partner Execution • Collaborate with Engineering, Security Research, MSSP channel partners, and strategic AI platform providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Microsoft, Google) to ship identity security capabilities
• Maintain integration requirements with PAM platforms, SIEM/SOAR systems, and cloud identity providers, treating them as integration points rather than capabilities to rebuild
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and partners to validate roadmap priorities against real identity threat patterns
Customer, Partner, and Market Leadership • Engage strategic customers, design partners, frontier-model providers, Hyperscalers, and technology alliances to validate priorities and develop pilots and reference architectures.
• Work across PMM, sales, solution engineering, alliances, legal, privacy, compliance, support, and customer success to drive launches, enablement, differentiation, and adoption.
• Represent the partner product strategy clearly to executives, customers, partners, analysts, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
Go-to-Market and Differentiation • Define why each partnership matters, which customer problem it solves, what TrendAI adds beyond the partner capability, and how it should be sold.
• Develop joint positioning, competitive analysis, customer presentations, solution briefs, demonstrations, and co-sell plans.
• Ensure every partnership and integration creates clear value for the customer, TrendAI, and the strategic partner.
Data-Driven Prioritization and Success • Use customer demand, adoption, product usage, technical feasibility, partner commitments, competitive intelligence, and pipeline impact to prioritize investment.
• Measure success through active integrations, customer adoption, influenced pipeline, partner-sourced opportunities, customer risk reduction, and reusable platform capability.
The Experience You Bring Technical Expertise • Identity and Access Management principles and implementation
• Identity, authorization, and non-human identities
• AI applications and agentic systems
• LLM APIs, gateways, MCP, tools, skills, and plugins
• Data privacy, sovereignty, retention, and compliance
• SIEM, XDR, SOAR, and security telemetry
• SaaS, hybrid, on-premises, and sovereign architectures
Product Leadership • Ability to turn emerging technology and partner capabilities into clear customer use cases and product requirements.
• Strong roadmap, prioritization, execution, analytical, and partner relationship management skills.
• Ability to distinguish between a technical integration, product feature, sellable capability, and strategic platform investment.
• Proven track record of managing external partner relationships with credibility in joint technical and commercial discussions.
• Excellent communication, customer and partner engagement, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Requirements • 7+ years in product management, including 3+ years focused on cybersecurity, identity, or access management products
• Deep working knowledge of core IAM concepts (RBAC/ABAC, SAML, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, directory services, Zero Trust access models) and hands-on or architectural familiarity with at least two of Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace Identity
• Fluency in non-human identity types and risk (service accounts, API keys, OAuth app clients, managed identities, workload identity federation) and what it takes to discover, own, and govern them at scale
• Working understanding of AI agent identity and agentic protocols (MCP, A2A), including how agents authenticate, delegate tasks, and accumulate scope across multi-step workflows
• Familiarity with the identity threat landscape (MITRE ATT&CK identity tactics, credential theft, lateral movement, OAuth consent phishing) and ho
