For this role, the portfolio is the company's ambulatory EHR and practice management platform, spanning the clinical documentation, ordering, e-prescribing, scheduling, patient access, and revenue cycle workflows that physician practices and ambulatory organizations depend on daily; the Senior Product Manager therefore pairs strong product craft with domain fluency in ambulatory care delivery and healthcare interoperability.

Education Required: • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, biology, engineering, or a related field. • An MBA, MHA or other advanced business degree is a plus. • Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Experience Required: • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology/software product management, with a proven ability to own and deliver results for ambulatory EHR and practice management product areas. • Direct experience owning or contributing to ambulatory EHR and practice management products, with deep familiarity across the clinical and front/back-office workflows they support, including provider documentation, computerized order entry, e-prescribing (eRx/EPCS), clinical decision support, patient scheduling and registration, eligibility, and end-to-end revenue cycle management. • Healthcare/healthcare IT industry experience, ideally in an Ambulatory or Acute Healthcare environment, is preferred but secondary to demonstrated product management skill. • Ambulatory clinical and practice-management workflows, including provider documentation, computerized order entry, e-prescribing, clinical decision support, patient scheduling and access, eligibility, and end-to-end revenue cycle management (charge capture, coding, claims, and patient collections).
