Job Title Senior Product Manager
About your role: As a Senior Product Manager on the Embedded Finance team at Fiserv, you will define and deliver API-first financial products that simplify complex banking and payments capabilities for digital platforms. You will work across engineering, design, data, compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring new products from concept through launch and optimization. Your work will help shape scalable embedded finance experiences that support the future of digital commerce. What you'll do: • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embedded finance offerings, including payments, card issuing, lending, and banking-as-a-service solutions • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery, requirements definition, and prioritization through launch and post-launch optimization • Partner with engineering, design, data, compliance, and go-to-market teams to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and technical specifications • Evaluate and integrate third-party partners and services that strengthen the core platform and improve speed to market • Design and enhance payment and financial service capabilities that improve user experience, scalability, and platform reliability • Use key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), customer feedback, and operational metrics to prioritize investments and measure product outcomes • Partner with customer support and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and resolve production issues in a timely manner • Embed regulatory and risk considerations, including anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), and data privacy requirements, into product design and delivery • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.
Experience you'll need to have: • 6+ years of experience in product management delivering digital products, platforms, or financial technology solutions from concept through launch and optimization • 6+ years of experience building and scaling consumer-facing applications with large user bases and measurable business outcomes • Experience using data analytics, KPIs, OKRs, and product performance metrics to inform prioritization, roadmap decisions, and success measurement • Experience communicating complex technical concepts, product tradeoffs, and roadmap decisions to executive stakeholders and external partners • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-value initiatives across cross-functional teams in a regulated or technically complex environment • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have: • Experience with payment rails, money movement, lending or credit products, or other regulated financial services environments • Experience developing products for enterprise or high-profile clients and collaborating with external partner organizations • Experience working with core banking and ledgering platforms • Experience delivering embedded finance or banking-as-a-service solutions
How you'll work: • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range $120,000.00 - $198,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company’s sole discretion.
