Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Procurement Agent (Level 4) to join the MQ-25 Program in Hazelwood, Missouri .
The MQ-25 Program is an innovative and highly visible effort supporting the future of naval aviation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a groundbreaking unmanned aerial refueling platform that will play a critical role in enhancing mission capability, readiness, and operational flexibility for our customers. Working on the MQ-25 Program means being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team delivering advanced solutions on a program that is helping shape the future of defense technology.
Position Responsibilities: • Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance • Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions • Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements • Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions • Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues • Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities • Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift: This position is for 1st shift.
Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • More than 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Bachelor’s degree or higher • More than 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts • More than 3 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Typical Education/Experience: Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Travel: Position may require travel up to 10 % of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $110,500 - $136,500
