A Day in the Life The Operations NPD Partnerships team is a global team of 5 members located different Medtronic facilities across the US. Our team reflects a diversity of product knowledge and New Product Development experience. We focus on team collaboration and network connections to standardize Operations Development Best Practices.
This role support the Business Partnerships Operations New Product Development Team. Primary responsibilities include hosting Readiness Review conversations with OU Operations Representatives to ensure consistent and standard Operations expectations are met, helping NPD teams complete cost and yield predictive model templates conducting Launch Stability and Readiness Review reports, updating or generating new PowerBI reports from existing PowerApp and recommending changes & improvements to existing PowerApp functionality.
This role will be based onsite 4+ days per week and can be based at any major US Medtronic location Primary Responsibilities • Leads or leverages cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes and therapies
• Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
• Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes
• Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Monitors the project from initiation through delivery
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
• Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project's key stakeholders
• Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of Project Management experience OR Master’s Degree and 2+ years of experience OR PhD
Preferred Qualifications • New Product Development experience
• Operations experience
• Engineering experience
• PLC experience
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$118,400.00 - $177,600.00
