About this role
Senior People Experience Partners help accelerate Articulate's business by partnering with leaders to build high-performing organizations where people can do their best work. They combine business insight, practical coaching to decisions about talent to help leaders navigate organizational challenges, develop talent and translate strategy into execution, performance, engagement, and change, helping leaders translate strategy into action as the company grows. Working closely with leaders across our Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you'll serve as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator, influencing complex organizational decisions while helping leaders navigate change, strengthen their organizations , and build engaged, high-performing teams. You'll also partner across the People Team to shape and deliver the practices, programs, and everyday experiences that create an exceptional employee and manager experience at scale.
