We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Senior Operations Coordinator. Technical Support personnel perform Tier 1 customer and contractor service related to program and systems.

• Document issues, solutions and interactions accurately.

• Answer queries by telephone, email, or within the ticket tracking system.

• Maintain and updates records and tracking databases

• Coordinating with senior staff for recurring issues.

• Strong written and verbal skills.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… • High School Diploma Required

• 1 year of call center experience preferred

• 1 year of Microsoft Suite preferred

Target Compensation... $18.00 - $22.00 depending on experience.

DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range $17.65 - $25.05 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
