• Help to deliver a robust strategy for the Global Health sector; identifying and initiating strategies for sector partnerships through a variety of partnership models (e.g. Strategic, employee engagement, pro bono expertise, etc.).

• Support the Associate Director of Health Partnerships in proactively building and managing a robust new business pipeline, researching and identifying prospective corporate partners in the Global Health sector (and financial services, where relevant) to drive incremental revenue growth.

• Design and implement creative stewardship, engagement and growth strategies for partners within the portfolio including account plans, proposal submissions and partnership discussions.

• Develop and review materials for partners or prospects, including proposed partnership overviews and activation ideas, concept notes, proposals, presentations, and reports.

• Work closely with the External Relations teams (e.g., digital, creative studio, experiential events) to leverage health-related virtual and in-person events and campaigns to support the overall fundraising efforts of the organization.

• Establish a robust client servicing plan for each portfolio partner, including identifying key performance indicators, ongoing planning and reporting procedures to optimize quality of service, income growth, and donor satisfaction.

• Facilitate information flows between prospects and donors, program staff and fellow GCP officers;

• Undertake special assignments, as needed.

Essential Qualifications:  Work Experience:  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent 6 years relevant experience;

• Experience working within the Global Health sector and community;
