The role will focus on improving incident response, change quality, operational readiness, root cause follow-through, documentation, monitoring, and execution consistency across network operations teams. This person will also help lead the global operational deployment of new engineering-released network products, ensuring new capabilities are supportable, well-documented, monitored, and ready for reliable execution at scale. The successful candidate will bring strong enterprise networking experience, practical operational judgment, and the ability to lead cross-functional improvements across globally distributed teams. This role is intended for someone who is viewed as a technical leader today and has the potential to grow into formal leadership or management responsibilities in the future.
